'Test cricketers to replace retirees with new players'

PESHAWAR: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ehsan Mani has said that new players will be given the opportunity to replace retirees who have taken test cricket.

Addressing a press conference after the PCB meeting in Peshawar, he said that the board had specified a new policy for players to play in foreign leagues.

Chairman PCB said that it is the players' right to retire from test cricket, but we will give new players a chance to replace them.

"Now the players will know when they will be allowed in the year and when they are not," he said. There will be no action against the players who have left the Test cricket league.
