Supreme Court disposes of Amar Omar's death notice
ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has directed the Sindh government to provide Rs one lakh to Amal's parents, while disposing of Amal Omar's death notice.
The Supreme Court remarked that the Sindh government should provide Rs one lakh to Amal's parents and the relief money should be equally distributed to Amal's parents and Rah Amal Trust. The court ordered that all relevant bodies, including the police, be ensured to follow the recommendations of the inquiry committee, while the court directed the police to take action against the policemen involved.
During the hearing, the Chief Justice gave strict objections to the Sindh Police, saying that they had no knowledge of where to shoot the police. The constable only obeys the order and performs his work in this circle, and the constable does not care if the presumption is notorious.
He added that the police know who is involved in street crime, three days ago a boy was snatched from a school bag, four people opened fire on a young man, what would he do? There are over 20,000 recruits, it seems there will be more police on the streets.
During the hearing, Amal's mother lost her daughter's memory. He said that the court is concerned.
