People's party leader disqualified, disqualified, allowed to contest next election

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has declared that the history of the PPP leader Allah Dinh Bhai Khan is ineligible.

A three-member bench headed by Justice Omar Atta Bandial heard the hearing and dismissed the rating officer's decision on the basis of fake degree.

The court remarked that after the Eighteenth Amendment, the Court of Life could grant a verdict of disqualification. The Returning Officer cannot disqualify the date on fake degree.

Former Member of the Sindh Assembly, Allah Dino Brothers, was accused of submitting fake degrees from Khairpur University and now the Supreme Court has allowed 62 F1 to contest the forthcoming elections.
