Pakistan Railway deficit case set for hearing on February 12 in Supreme Court of Pakistan


Islamabad: Pakistan Railway deficit case was fixed on February 12 in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
According to the details, the court fixed February 12 hearing of the Pakistan Railway deficit case and issued notices to Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed, Asad Omar, the cabinet minister. The court directed Sheikh Rasheed and Asad Omar to appear in private. Asad Omar has been asked by the court to delay the tender of ML One.
In addition, notices have been issued to former Minister of Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq, Attorney General of Pakistan, Secretary Planning, Chief Secretary Sindh, Chairman CE and Railways.

During the hearing, Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed said in a dialogue with Sheikh Rasheed that the Minister should tell you what progress has been made. Your administration will not run the railway, report the incident of fire. To which Sheikh Rasheed replied that we have removed 75 people to which the Chief Justice said that yesterday we were told that 2 people were evacuated. The Prozier Railway took the stand that there would be action against the big men.
