KARACHI: The designated security official of the ICC has said that Pakistan has become a peaceful country and is very suitable for all international sports competitions, including cricket, for which the government and security agencies have played a valuable role.

Fully holding the PSL5 in Pakistan will be helpful in efforts to open up international cricket routes in the country, to foreign security agencies serving to test and approve security arrangements for sporting events around the world.
