Former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf acquitted in illegal recruitment case
LAHORE: An accountability court has acquitted former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf after four years in a fake recruitment case.
The court delivered a secure verdict on the request of Raja Pervez Ashraf's victory and the petitioner was also present on the occasion.
Accountability Court Judge Amjad Nazir Chaudhry read the verdict. The former Prime Minister's amendment to NAB's lawsuit was filed after a breach.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has named 8 suspects, including Raja Pervaiz Musharraf, in the corruption reference for illegal recruitment in the Gapko.
