Extension Operation: Not willing to demolish poor house, CM Sindh
KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has apologized for demolishing houses in an operation against encroachments in the city on a court order.
Talking to the media in Karachi, Murad Ali Shah said that the encroachments were not allowed in any way but the poor did not agree to demolish the house and the roof of the people was not acceptable to the Sindh government.
On the question related to IG Sindh, he said that we have given the federation the names of the IGs on their request, hope that the cleric Imam will be replaced and the IG will be appointed by these five names.
The Chief Minister said that tomorrow Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will appear in the NAB. All the opposition parties and President Zardari were kept in jail without charge. The court has granted Faryal Talpur bail on merit.
