Election Commission releases details on how much assets political parties have

ISLAMABAD: Out of more than 125 registered political parties, 82 political parties have submitted details.

According to media reports, the Election Commission has released details of political parties' assets for 2018-19. Of the more than 125 registered political parties, 82 political parties have submitted details. Assets lost Rs 9 crore in last one year, PTI spent more than Rs 50 crore in one year.

According to the Election Commission, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians have a bank balance of Rs 16 crores, Pakistan Peoples Parliamentarians got a donation of Rs. 35 million, while the assets of Pakistan Peoples Party are worth Rs. Lakhs of rupees.

According to the Election Commission, the PML-N's income of Rs 55 million and expenditure of Rs 20 crore were Muslim League N assets worth Rs 8 crore 17 lakh,

Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has only two and half lakh rupees in party account of Awami Muslim League, Balochistan Awami Party has bank balance of Rs. There are assets worth Rs. 99 million.
