Delhi polls: Exit polls give Narendra Modi a boost


New Delhi: Exit polls pose a big defeat for BJP Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Millions of people have used their constitutional right to hold regional elections for the week.
As per the details, the Delhi Election 2020 Exit Poll Survey shows that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is ready to win 54 of the 70 seats in the 2020 Delhi Assembly elections. Millions of people voted in a major regional election on Saturday in the Indian capital, in which exit polls predicted a major defeat for right-wing Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In the Delhi polls, the BJP is predicted to win 15 seats and the Congress only one seat in Delhi, while the Aam Aadmi Party is at the forefront.
According to the exit poll released after the voting ended, Modi's Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party is the second party behind the Aam Aadmi Party headed by former tax inspector Arvind Kejriwal. Could win 54 out of 70 seats.
In this regard, Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia tweeted, "We are winning by a huge margin". On the other hand, Federal Home Minister Amit Shah, who highlighted his strong stance on national security, told the BJP. Campaign for the party, called a meeting of party members over the weekend.
