Defense Minister Pervez Khattak's brother's car rolled over

Islamabad: Minister of Defense Pervez Khattak's brother, Minister of Irrigation, Liaquat Khattak, was hit by a highway police when he arrived from Islamabad. Highway police have chalked out a vehicle of Rs 300 for not wearing a seat belt.
