Bilawal says since PTI govt came into power every sector is troubled
ISLAMABAD: PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto said on Tuesday that since Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf came into power, every sector has been facing troubles.
The PPP chairman was addressing the National Assembly today, where he said that when the PTI began to rule there was inflation already, but now the economy seems to be sinking.
The PPP leader stated that it is not political rhetoric, but what the state institutions are mentioning in their reports. Reading from the Bureau of Statistics, the PPP chairman said: “The report said the way inflation has increased in just one year has been unprecedented in the past 10 years.”
Comparing to the previous rate of inflation of 1.6pc before elections 2018, he said that the figure now stands at 25 percent.
“Give relief to people or go home,” said the PPP chairman, amid sloganeering from the government benches.
Bilawal said that PM Imran Khan should acknowledge that he is ‘incompetent, incapable and selected’.
