Bench dissolves hearing on petition filed for permission of Maryam Nawaz to go abroad

Lahore: (Lahore Desk) The Lahore High Court has dissolved the Bench of the petition filed for permission of Mir Nawaz to go abroad. Chief Justice Lahore High Court has constituted a new two-member bench.
According to the details, the Lahore High Court has dissolved the Bench hearing on the petition for permission of Maryam Nawaz to go abroad. Due to the dissolution of the Bench set up, it has been transferred to the Second Bench as Justice Tariq Abbasi was hearing the case which has been transferred to the Second Bench. ۔
Remember that Nawaz Nawaz has approached the Lahore High Court to withdraw his passport and withdraw from the ECL. The High Court directed Maryam Nawaz's request to surrender her passport on the fear of NAB that Maryam Nawaz surrendered her passport to the High Court when the bail was granted.
